1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by KT Atelier, operated by Kiran Tak, a self-employed interior designer based in Italy, with a business address at Via Giovanni Dupre 15, Fiesole, Toscana (referred to as "we/us/our"). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
"Client/You/Your" refers to any individual or entity purchasing services from KT Atelier.
"Contract" means the agreement formed between you and us upon accepting our proposal or placing an order via our website.
"Services" refers to the interior design services provided by KT Atelier, as detailed in our proposals and website.

3. Formation of Contract
3.1. A legally binding contract is created when you accept our proposal or place an order on our website and receive confirmation from us.
3.2. Before accepting our services, ensure you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
3.3. You may be required to tick a box confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms before proceeding with payment.
4. Interior Design Services
4.1. KT Atelier provides interior design services with professional care and skill, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
4.2. You will receive design concepts, and we allow a maximum of two revisions per project. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.
4.3. It is your responsibility to verify all measurements and information provided in design plans before implementation.
4.4. We may suggest products or third-party services, but your contractual relationship with those suppliers remains separate.
4.5. We are not responsible for the performance, delays, or issues caused by contractors or third-party vendors.
5. E-Design Services
5.1. Our e-design services are for decorative consultation only and do not include site visits or project management.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to us.
5.3. We will provide online communication up to a maximum of 4 hours; any additional time will be charged separately.
6. Products and Online Orders
6.1. If you purchase products via our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed upon sending this confirmation.
6.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur.
6.3. Delivery timelines will be communicated, but we are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or couriers.
7. Pricing and Payments
7.1. Payments for services and products must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. For projects exceeding €500, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance must be paid before final deliverables are released.
7.3. Payments must be made via our designated payment gateway. We are not responsible for third-party payment processing delays or errors.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract, provided that services have not commenced.
8.2. If services have already started, you will be required to pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.
8.3. Refunds for physical products are available if items are returned within 14 days in their original condition.
9. Liability
9.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
9.2. We will not be held responsible for defects arising from incorrect information provided by the client or third parties.
9.3. We maintain professional liability insurance, and details can be provided upon request.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All designs, concepts, and materials provided by KT Atelier remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
10.2. You are granted a license to use final designs for the agreed purpose but may not reproduce or sell them without our consent.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.
12. Data Protection
12.1. Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
